Privacy

What we collect

• · Which page, venue or event you looked at, saved, called, got directions to or shared
• · What you searched for, the filters you used, how many results came back and whether you tapped one
• · Coarse context: city and neighbourhood from the venue's own listing, device type, language, time and day
• · Where you arrived from — a campaign link (utm) or a referrer such as TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google
• · Your answer to the optional local / visiting question, and the country only if you chose to give it

Every one of those is stored against a random, anonymous session id that lives only on your device and rotates every 90 days. It is not your account, and it cannot be traced back to you by us or by a venue.

What we never collect

• · Your name, email address, phone number or account — analytics events are never linked to a user account
• · Exact device location or GPS coordinates
• · Any device fingerprint, or tracking across other apps and websites
• · Ad-network pixels, or selling data to advertisers

How long we keep it

Raw interaction records are deleted automatically after 18 months. Daily summaries with no individual records in them are kept so trends stay visible, and a venue only ever sees averages for its own area and type, never the numbers of a business that has fewer than 10 visitors in the period.
